Egg Cheese meat breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  • 12 eggs
  • ½ cup of cream
  • 2 cups of cheese (I like a mix of smoked gouda and extra sharp cheddar but use what you like)
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage or chorizo (cooked)
  • ½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ lb diced ham
  • Salt, pepper, onion powder, and green Tabasco to taste
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Grease a casserole dish (pictured is an 8x8, but a 9x13 works better)
  3. Layer in your meats.
  4. Mix together your eggs, cream, cheese, and spices.
  5. Pour your mixture all over your meats.
  6. Add more cheese on top if you're a whore for cheese like me.
  7. Bake for 45 to 60 mins until eggs are set.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  9. Cut into squares, wrap in saran wrap, and freeze.
