use blow dryer to melt chocolate chips

We all are baking up a storm this year, here is a simple trick to make your life easier. We all have lots of recipes that call for melted chocolate chips for the top layer for the frosting. I am tired of using the double boiler and then I melt them to long and have a gloopy mess. Now I just sprinkle the chips on top, get my blow dryer and melt them right there. When they look partly melted, I spread them and use the blow dryer as needed in places that didn't quite melt. Easy peasy and no extra pot to clean up.
