Savory Pumpkin Quinoa Fritters

  • 2 ½ cups cooked quinoa
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (mixed with 5 tbsp of water)
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • ½ cup canned organic unsweetened pumpkin
  • 6 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 3 green onions, diced (only use white part of onion)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin coconut oil
