Oven-baked fish
Ingredients
  • Fish
  • White wine
  • Whole lemon
  • Salt & pepper
Steps
  1. • Heat oven to 180C
  2. • Place fish in an open foil parcel, in a baking tray
  3. subheading: • Over the fish:
  4. • 2 sploshes white wine
  5. • 1 splosh water
  6. • Juice of a whole lemon
  7. • Salt & pepper
  8. • Leave remainder of lemon in the fish
  9. • Loosely close parcel, and put baking tray in oven
  10. • Cook for 20 to 25 mins until done. Allow a little longer for a larger fish
