Cowboy Casserole in a Slow Cooker Recipe (Video)

Ingredients
  • 1½ pounds ground beef, browned and drained
  • 6 medium red potatoes, cut into 1½ inch cubes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chili, undrained
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 ½ tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
