These are good - but way too moist - need to adjust somehow

  • 5 Omega-3 eggs
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup Swerve sweetener
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts for topping
