Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons | 30 ml balsamic vinegar more for drizzling at the end if needed
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup |150 grams cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 cups arugula/rocket
