  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • 2½ tablespoons raw almonds, chopped (20 g)
  • 2 teaspoons 100% pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
