Dinner Open Face Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 to 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 tsp jam/s&p to taste (optional)
  • 2 slices lunch meat
  • 2 slices cheese
  • Non-stick spray
Steps
  1. Spray long silicone baking pan.
  2. Crack eggs into pan. Lightly beat with water. Salt & pepper to taste if not using jam.
  3. Very lightly spread jam on one side of each slice bread.
  4. Lay bread, jam side up, in egg mixture. (If not using jam, wait 5 seconds, flip bread.)
  5. Lay meat, then cheese, on bread.
  6. Cook in Tovala on REHEAT for 12 minutes. Broil on HIGH for 1 more minute.
  7. Remove to dinner plates. Eat with knife & fork.
Notes
  • Strawberry jam & honey smoked ham is a great combo. Grape jam (or orange marmalade) and roasted turkey or rotisserie seasoned chicken are great, too.
