Chiles Rellenos Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon ground ancho chile pepper
  • 1 pound ground round beef (85% lean)
  • 1-½ cups chopped poblano peppers (1-½ cups = about 3 medium)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1-¼ cups shredded Chihuahua or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • ⅓ cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
