Coconut cream ice cream

Ingredients
  • 2 cans of coconut cream full fat
  • ½ brown rice syrup
  • ¼ organic honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp almond extract
Steps
  1. Chill the ice cream machine in freezer overnight
  2. Chill coconut cream in refrigerator over night
  3. Place all ingredients in blender, blend, then add to machine and turn on check in 20 minutes
Notes
  • Can add toasted almonds after. Serve with grilled pineapple
