Instant Pot Shredded BBQ Chicken
  • 6 big chicken breasts-I cut mine in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • S&P
  1. Stir everything together in pot.
  2. Cook on "Poultry" for 11 minutes; Quick Release.
  3. Remove chicken & shred.
  4. Add some of the juices it cooked in to keep it moist.
  5. Add in some more BBQ sauce to taste.
  • *It took 28 minutes to come to pressure because it was sorta full so plan ahead a bit!
