oven-baked onion bhajis

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Water
  • Dried polenta
  • Coriander
  • Cumin
  • Black pepper
Steps
  1. 1) mix polenta with water to make thick paste
  2. 2) add spices to taste
  3. 3) add onion and mix well
  4. 4) take small handfuls of mixture and shape into patties (my mixture made 5, but it would depend on the size of your onion)
  5. 5) put onion bhajis in fridge on greaseproof paper for around 30 minutes to firm up
  6. 6) bake in oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through
