  • 1 cup bread crumbs (or panko crumbs)
  • Oil for deep frying

  • ½ teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 tsp ginger garlic paste)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper (pepper powder)
  • ¾ teaspoon paprika (or cayenne pepper or red chilli powder)
  • ⅛ teaspoon allspice or 1 tsp garam masala
