  • 15 oz. Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, don't drain
  • 6 oz. Tomato Paste
  • 1 Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno, chopped
  • 2 cups Beef Stock
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Toppings of choice: Sour Cream, Cilantro, Shredded Cheese
