Spicy Rosemary Walnuts
You can use raw walnuts or a raw nut mixture.
DON'T BURN THE NUTS!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Avocado oil spray
Steps
  1. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant.
  2. Add rosemary, salt, and cayenne pepper - mix thoroughly
  3. Spray avocado oil spray liberally over mixture - mix thoroughly so spices adhere to nuts
  4. Cook 30 seconds to 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly
Notes
  • Make ahead up to 3 days; store in an airtight container.
