Salsa chicken Sonia’s recipe

  • Salsa chicken:
  • Any amount of chicken (I use 4 frozen breasts)
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • If using fresh chicken, add ¼c water or broth
  • Cook 11 min manual high pressure
  • Natural release (usually 15 min)
  • If you want rice, put 1 cup and 1 to 1.5 cup water (depending on type of rice - I like Basmati) in a smaller stainless steel or aluminum bowl. Put it uncovered on top of the chicken
