Easy Weight Watchers Bean Burger Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 can kidney beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can pinto beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup oatmeal old-fashioned
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • ¼ cup tomato paste ½ small can
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Mrs. Dash optional
