Keto Baked Cheesecake
Ingredients
  • 480g cream cheese
  • 150g Natvia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200mls Pure Cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Spring form tin lined with baking paper
Steps
  1. In a large bowl. Mix Natvia and cream cheese until smooth with a food processor or stick mixer until smooth
  2. Add salt and mix a few times to incorporate with a spatula
  3. Add eggs one by one until fully incorporated with a spatula
  4. Pour in cream and extract and mix a few times to incorporate with the stick mixer
  5. Por into a lined pan and bake at 160 degrees for 30 to 40mins
  6. If the top gets too brown during the cooking process, reduce heat
  7. It is ready when it is still a little jiggly but when you put a knife into it, no liquid rises to the top
  8. Let cool slowly in an open oven then Transfer to fridge for final setting
  9. Don’t unwrap cake from spring form tin until fully set in the fridge
  10. Allow to cool completely before serving
