Ingredients
- 480g cream cheese
- 150g Natvia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200mls Pure Cream
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- Spring form tin lined with baking paper
Steps
- In a large bowl. Mix Natvia and cream cheese until smooth with a food processor or stick mixer until smooth
- Add salt and mix a few times to incorporate with a spatula
- Add eggs one by one until fully incorporated with a spatula
- Pour in cream and extract and mix a few times to incorporate with the stick mixer
- Por into a lined pan and bake at 160 degrees for 30 to 40mins
- If the top gets too brown during the cooking process, reduce heat
- It is ready when it is still a little jiggly but when you put a knife into it, no liquid rises to the top
- Let cool slowly in an open oven then Transfer to fridge for final setting
- Don’t unwrap cake from spring form tin until fully set in the fridge
- Allow to cool completely before serving
