Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  •  
  • subheading: For the Sauce:
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds to garnish
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, lightly toss the chicken with the dry ingredient mix.
  4. Place on a wire rack and bake for 1 hour, turning over each wing every 15 minutes.
  5. Mix ingredients for sauce together and coat wings in it.
