Ingredients
  • 200 g or 1 ¾ c raw cashews (soaked in hot water for about 30~60 mins)
  • ¼ c cooked, skinned carrot diced
  • ¾ C Nutritional Yeast
  • ¼ C ground dry mushroom powder
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • ½ T Garlic powder
  • ¼ t turmeric
  • 1 T Miso
  • ½ t smoked salt
  • soaked and diced sundried tomato
  • 2 C plant milk ( I used soy)
  • ½ C water
  • 4 T agar agar
