Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients

  • 2 ½ teaspoons instant yeast or active dry yeast or one ¼-ounce packet of Platinum Yeast from Red Star
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 8 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 ½ cups bread flour (all-purpose will work)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • subheading: Cinnamon Roll Filling:
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 8 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon Korintje cinnamon is preferred
  • subheading: Cinnamon Roll Frosting:
  • 4 ounces margarine or butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
