  • 8  ounces uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1  teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasoning*
  • note: ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon dried oregano and ¼ teaspoon dried thyme may be substituted.
