  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • subheading: For the pasta bake:
  • 1 454g ziti, penne, or rigatoni (gluten-free if preferred)
  • 1 recipe Quick Easy Tofu Ricotta
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons Parmegan
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional for garnish)
