Chocolate PB Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 to 3 large handfuls fresh spinach (or 1 to 2 cups frozen)
  • 2 T peanut butter (or ΒΌ almonds or other nut)
  • 2 T cocoa or cacao powder
  • Almond milk (enough to cover ingredients in blender)
Steps
  1. Blend all ingredients.
Notes
  • If using unsweetened almond milk add 1 T honey or pure maple syrup.
