Vegan Ricotta Dumplings with Kale and Garlic
Ingredients
  • 1 Block(15oz.) Extra firm tofu
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup All purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 3 Cups Kale, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of Red Pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegan Parmesan, optional (I used Violife)
