  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ to 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 120 grams gluten-free crackers or cornflakes, or 1 ¼ cups regular panko or gluten-free breadcrumbs*

  • ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
