Ingredients
  • Juice of 4 Limes
  • 1 13.5 oz can, or 1 ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ½ C sunflower seed butter
  • 2 TBSP fish sauce
  • 1 TBSP red curry paste*
  • 1″ fresh ginger, peeled
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 2 TBSP water
  •  
  • note: Several brands of this are made of very clean ingredients. I like both this one and this one (affiliate links). If you can’t find one you can replace with 1 tsp of red pepper flakes, but it isn’t quite as flavorful.
