Cool Ranch Shredded Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • taco seasoning: 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp pepper, and ½tsp of each: salt, cumin, red pepper flakes, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder
  • dry ranch seasoning: 1 tbsp dried parsley, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried onion flakes, ¾ tsp dill, ½ tsp pepper, and ½ tsp salt
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  2. Shred chicken.
Notes
  • Can put all ingredients raw in freezer bag and freeze for up to three months.
