Greek Chicken (That We Can'T Stop Eating!)
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce (or the same of anchovy paste) or Worcestershire if they both fail
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste, or 2 large cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon each Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 chicken breasts
