  • ½ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more
  • subheading: for serving:
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons water
  • Optional garnishes: chopped fresh parsley, paprika,
  • and additional olive oil
