Yellow Curry Recipe (30 Minutes!)
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons yellow curry powder
  • 1 & ½ teaspoons garam masala
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, more or less to taste
  • 1 & ½ pounds chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 13-ounce can coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, smashed and minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and then minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, about half a lemon
  • 1 cup chicken broth*
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
