Katsu-Style Soyaki Tofu

  • 1 package TJ’s High Protein Super Firm Organic Tofu, sliced into four cutlets
  • ¾ cup TJ’s Soyaki Sauce (plus more for serving)
  • ⅛ cup TJ’s Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Oat Beverage
  • ½ bag TJ’s Japanese Style Panko Breadcrumbs
  • TJ’s Avocado Spray Oil
  • Cooked TJ’s Rice (Brown or White), to serve
  • Sautéed TJ’s Shredded Green Cabbage or Cut Napa Cabbage, to serve
  • 4 TJ’s Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ TJ’s Lemon, sliced into wedges
