  • ¾ Cup Monkfruit (or granulated sweetener of choice)
  • 7 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted
  • 3 Large Eggs, at room temperature (this is key)
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ⅔ Cup Fresh blueberries, (105g) **
