Chocolate Tahini Fudge Cake
Ingredients
  • CAKE:
  • 250 mls plant-based milk I used soya
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 150 g dark muscovado sugar
  • 8 Small sized soft dates stones removed (soak in boiled water for 15mins then drain if not soft).
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 1 TBSP tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 130 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 40 g good quality dark 70% cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarb of soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • TOPPING:
  • 4 squares dark chocolate
  • 1 TBSP tahini
  • 1/2 TBSP coconut oil
