Ingredients
  • WB meats and soups 3 hours.
  • Hot tomato juice and sauces I add a bit of vinegar and water bath 20 min.
  • Fruits add a bit of lemon juice and stevia water and WB them 20 min.
  • Applesauce I add nothing and WB 20 min.
  • How I've done it for 30 + years growing up, learning from my grandma and my mom.
  • Veg soup with beef we always WB for 3 hours
  • Start timing it when it boils and it must boil that whole time.
