Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • dash pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup oatmeal
  • ½ cup milk
Steps
  1. Mix well in a large bowl. Form into desired meatball sizes and place on baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Notes
  • You can use canned sauce or make your own. Adding the meatballs to the sauce and let them stew about 15 min to combine flavors.
  • Serve them on spaghetti or on a hoagie roll with cheese and toasted under broiler a minute or two.
