  • 155g / 5½oz Wholemeal Wheat flour
  • 100g / 3½oz Wholemeal Spelt or Rye flour
  • 125g / 4½oz White Bread flour
  • 215g / 215mls Lukewarm Water 40°C / 104°F
  • 60g / 2oz Mixed & lightly toasted seeds (split into 2 equal parts)
  • 6g / 1½tsp Instant or Active dried yeast
  • 8g / 1tsp Salt
  • 15g / 1tbls Honey
  • 15g / 1tbls oil
