  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 medium Carrot Grated
  • ¼ cup Pecans Chopped
  • 2 tbs Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 2 cups Milk
  • subheading: FOR THE FROSTING:
  • 1 ½ cups Greek Yogurt
  • ½ block Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbs Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Pecans Chopped
