Artichoke Dip-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • One 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • One 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan
  • ½ cup shredded provolone
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Two 20-ounce packages large whole button mushrooms, stems removed (about 36 mushrooms)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
