  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • ½ cup oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup kalamata olives, pitted

  • 8 ounces cubed feta cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
