Ingredients
  • Julie Van Laanen Jansch, William Huntley, etc. here’s how I made it (recipe credit: Lori Ann Crooks and family)
  • 4 cooked chicken breasts, 4 eggs, 2 c mozzarella cheese (small bag), Italian seasoning/garlic powder to taste, 1 small can pizza sauce, your choice of veggies (I used fresh mushrooms, spinach, thin sliced yellow zucchini and black olives). Pulse cooked chicken in food processor, then mix in eggs, seasonings to taste and 1 cup of cheese. Spread on parchment lined pan and bake @400 for about 20 or til crispy. Spread on pizza sauce, veggies and top with remaining cheese. Bake about another 10 min or til cheese bubbles. Enjoy!
