Overnight Three-Grain Breakfast Porridge
Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup organic millet (rinsed)
  • ¼ cup organic quinoa (rinsed well)
  • ¼ cup organic teff (rinsed)
  • 2 cups plant-based milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp dates, pitted, chopped, or maple syrup or date paste (link in Chef’s Notes)
  • ½ cup banana (sliced)
  • ½ cup berries (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp nuts or seeds (your choice)
