Conney's Deep S Bread
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 c water
  • 1 cup oat fiber ¼ cup (scant) Whole Husk Psyllium Flakes
  • ¼ tsp salt ½ cup Integral Collagen
  • 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp gluccomannan
  • 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp SweetBlend or ½ doonk stevia
  • Preheat oven to 400°. Put eggs, water and vinegar in blender, blend on high for 15 seconds. Add remaining ingredients, blend on high for 10 seconds, then scrape down the blender, blend an additional 10 seconds.
  • Spray with coconut oil and line with parchment paper a 4-½ X 8-½ inch glass pan.
  • Pour in dough and smooth the top. This doesn’t need to be cut on the top, although I did after the first 10 minutes baking.
  • Put in oven, oven temp to 400°, slide the bread in, lower the temp to 375° and then start the timer. Bake for 20 minutes, then put foil over the top and bake another 40 minutes with foil. Then take the foil off to let the bread brown, about 5 to 10 minutes. **That is total baking of 70 minutes. **
