Shrimp and grits
Ingredients
  • I made up my own recipe for shrimp & cheesy grits.
  • 5 WW points.
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 6 uncooked shrimp
  • Southwest seasoning (chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper)
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 package quaker instant grits
  • 1 oz Cabot 75% low fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice
  • Cilantro to taste.
