Gluten-Free Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients
  • subheading: SCALE 1x 2x 3x:
  • 2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 cans french cut green beans
  • 2 cups dairy-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 ½ cups creamy mashed root veggies (or mashed potatoes)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I used a combo of goats and sheep milk hard cheeses - manchego and Lamb chopper are two of my favorites!)
  • 1 cup gluten-free French fried onion pieces, or crispy pork rinds
