Strwaberry-Mango-Mint Sorbet

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups frozen mango chunks (or 1 mango, peeled and diced)
  • 3 to 4 strawberries, halved (aprx. 1 cup)
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (with no more than 80 calories per cup)
  • 5 to 6 mint leaves
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into three medium bowls and freeze for 3 hours, or until frozen. Serve and enjoy
