Tandoori Chicken with Flame Grilled Naan & Coriander Chutney

  • 4 long green chillies
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 7cm ginger
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • ¼ cup yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ghee, for frying

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 ½ tsp bicarb soda
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp salt flakes
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • melted ghee
  •  
  • Mint and Coriander Chutney
  •  
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chilli and garlic paste
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 to 2 tsp sugar

  • chopped coriander and lemon wedges
