Popcorn crack
Ingredients
  • 2 bags of Chester’s butter flavored puffcorn
  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or coconut oil (I’ve been using coconut oil lately since I am unsure of peanut allergies for where I am going.)
  • Sprinkles (optional)
Steps
  1. Put the white chocolate and the coconut oil in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 seconds, stir and then microwave for another 30 seconds until all melted.
  2. Dump the puffcorn into the melted white chocolate mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Cover with sprinkles and toss.
  4. Let set up in the refrigerator or at room temperature for a few minutes until it sets up.
