Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp flax meal or chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup powdered peanut butter (TBA swap for natural peanut butter)
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cup cooked chickpeas (1 can)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Sucanat (or coconut sugar)
